Add Test Plan or Run option: Stick with original test cases

Current design allows Test Run automatically reflect an update made to Test Repository. This behavior can create skewed Test Run Results when we revisit old Test Run Results.

Here's a steps to reproduce the issue I have.
Pre Condition:
Create a test cases and test plan.
Step:
Create and start test run A
Finish test run A
Edit or add steps of test case in test repository
Check test run A
Result:
Test run A has updated test case which was not used during the run.
Expected:
Test run A should have original (unedited) test case.
