Include test's custom fields in Test Run

While executing test, I would like to be able to view the test's custom field values for the test case in the wizard. I would also like to have this value exported as part of the Test Run export to CSV.

This functionality has been delivered to the wizard - now you can see custom field values for cases while working on them in a test run wizard.
