I still can see inactive user in project access and test cases assign list, which doesn't make sense

I want to change my email under my profile page: https://app.qase.io/user/profile Use case: I've signed up with my private email address to try the product out and I liked it. I will use it for my company so I would like to change my email address to my company email address.
