Add assignee in the results, when results are fetched from API
Add option to specify (default) assignee when creating a test run with case ids specified.
Add 'executedBy' / 'author' of result when fetching results from API

I want to have the feature for 2 reasons:

To show assignee on our GUI tool, which integrates with Qase
To make our own dashboard by syncing Qase data to our database. Assignee and executor data is mandatory there.
