Boyana Abadzhieva I have confirmed from the team that it has always been so for "Edit" mode so this is not a bug. What you can do as a workaround is to right click on it and open it in another tab.

Enyindah Okwakpam: Hmm, I am sure I was able to view the images in Full screen while editing before, I have even added it as a note in the initial bug, as you can see ("NOTE: In "Edit" mode the images can be previewed."), and now it's the opposite - it works in View mode in Repository and Test Runs, but not anymore in Edit mode. This really hinders my work, I stopped using TestRail because of bugs from this type, fortunately, here they are not as many as they were in TestRail, but it's still frustrating.

Hello Boyana Abadzhieva This was closed because I wasnt able to reproduce it. Here is a GiIF demonstrating this for both a Test case and a run.
