I have been successfully exporting test cases, updating them in Excel and then importing them back into Qase. Use the "Qase.io" format for both import and export.
Other than a few bugs related to importing test cases with more than 9 steps or not being able to add a new test case to an existing test suite, the functionality is very solid.
I would recommend opening up the csv using Excel and modifying directly in Excel and saving as ".csv".
One tip i have found to get around the importing of new test cases is to create the test case placeholder in Qase and then get the Test Case Id and use this in the "id" column of the Qase import. This way you can update the test case directly.

Hello Edo!
At the moment you are able to import test cases from CSV or XLS files. Here is an article with description: https://help.qase.io/en/articles/3449900-import-test-cases-to-qase

Nikita: It is really hard to add them from a google sheet, I tried about 4 different ways (Example exporting from QASE and filling uploading to google then pasting, and importing) and it would not add them. This could be a bug I guess?
