It would be very convenient to be able to work with attachments:

search by name
filter files by their parameters: date of addition/modification, file type, etc.

Purpose: to reuse an attachment that already exists in the directory

This is a great suggestion! Being able to search attachments by name and filter by parameters (date, type, etc.) would significantly improve usability and efficiency. These features would also make reusability and cleanup much easier.

And it would also be useful to see a list of cases in which an attachment or its link is used.

Purpose: to clean the attachment directory from outdated and unnecessary files
