While bulk editing test cases it might be neat to allow the bulk adding of comments to those test cases. Perhaps we're going to review a set of test cases at our Q4 annual review and I want to put a comment that states this plan of action while the case remains in "Draft" status. This would serve as a record or reason for the status.
