moving test cases in the edit field currently uses a dropdown that is very difficult to use when there are many folders/categories.

Nested folders use this pattern which is very very difficult to work with (especially when multiple folders have the same name but are nested under different parents):

| | | | | folder name

Please improve the UI/UX for this with another flow such as:

* separate move UI that has the full tree of folders in a tree select component
