We create test cases that require a number of steps to cover a scenario. Within each step there can be a number of mouse or keyboard clicks described to execute said step.

I would like to be able quickly start a formatted list using a keyboard shortcut.

For example Command + Shift + 8 OR 7 is a very common keyboard shortcut to start a bulleted or numbered list.

This is possible in tools like Zephyr and X-Ray. I believe this is true in Test Rail as well. The accumulative side effect of having to use my mouse to bring up formatting options, find and select what I need really affects productivity.
