Currently the integration with gitlab allows you to define the api token at workspace level. It would be great if this configuration could also be applied at the user level.

Let's imagine a scenario where there are several projects in Qase that are linked to different gitlab projects/groups.

By being able to configure the api token at user level you would be able to give users the same permissions that the same users have in gitlab.

In this way it would also be possible to prevent a qase user who does not have issue creation permissions in a certain gitlab group/project from being able to perform this functionality.
