Upgrade Github Tracebility Reports with Githubs new functionality of Parent/Sub Issues

Currently, the traceability reports only bring in the github issues. Now that issues can be linked to others within github, it would be nice to see that same hierarchy being translated into the reports.

Currently you can only add items to the report via the milestones. It would be nice to have a bit more capability like Issue Types or labels to filter the issues you want in your report.
