It's not comfortable to switch between tabs, like i want to change steps of my case, but now i need to switch tab and then i will be able to edit something, and "save" button is too small and too aloof.

I think it’s worth combining the first and second tabs somehow, it will be more convenient, since now the “Details” tab is very little filled. And the save button can be placed in the center and made larger
